Charlie Production and the community of Parque del Perro Neighborhood in Cali, Colombia came together to host a space for the neighborhood to enjoy an Art Exhibition and Interactive Arts with the local urban artists. A weekly event where Parque del Perro filled with colors as the breeze from the mountains swished through the huge canvas cloth hanged between the trees in the park.
